From the Fiumicino airport, take the Leonardo Express, the train that will take you from the Terminal to the Rome Terminus Station, where you can take a train to Naples.

Italo (NTV): A fast, comfortable train that takes you to Naples Garibaldi Station in just over an hour either from Rome Tiburtina or from Rome Ostiense.
Intercity: These are the connecting trains traveling from Rome to Naples in approximately two hours.
Interregional: These are slow trains that cross the city stopping at every station, taking approximately 4 hours to go from Rome to Naples.
On arriving at the Central Station of Naples-Piazza Garibaldi, follow the signs for the Circumvesuviana toward Sorrento. You will be in Sorrento in approximately an hour; at the station you will find the Sita bus for Positano-Amalfi, and in half an hour you will be in Positano.

On reaching Naples, take the highway A3 Naples-Pompeii-Salerno, exit at the Castarmmare tollbooth in Stabia, then follow the signs for Sorrento – Positano – Amalfi.
