We loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and the suite we had was beautiful.The service was amazing the 2 women at the front desk were so helpful and booked our dinners and boats and car service. Breakfast was amazing. Just a beautiful place. If you are using Ferry's its the best location since you do NOT have to carry luggage up the hills or use the porters.

Amazing Hotel

Amazing hotel! It is right near the ferry dock so easy to go see other towns from there. The staff is absolutely the best. We stayed there last year and it was just as great this year. Gino and all the staff go above and beyond. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and Gino helped me surprise my husband with a vow renewal.

Ideal location with the best staff

This is a lovely hotel in an ideal location in Positano. We especially love the swimming pool that overlooks the town as well as the coast to Praiano - it's a great place to relax after a days touring of the town or other parts of the Amalfi Coast. All of the staff are friendly and extremely helpful - my wife and I always come back to stay at Covo dei Saraceni when we come back to Positano!

Unforgettable experience

It was the highlight of the trip. The rooftop pool. The location of the hotel in the middle of the beach level (as opposed to up on the hill, which is really convenient if you arrive by ferry, which we recommend), and the staff, were all incredible. Positano was amazing, but a big part of that was the hotel. Was it cheap? No. Was it worth it? Absolutely.

We had a wonderful stay

The location was exceptional, only 50m or so from the ferry drop off. It was the end of the season so not all shops and restaurants were open, but the restaurant at the hotel was very good and we had excellent meals at a couple of other sites in Positano. Also, the ease of catching a ferry to Capri was excellent.

We took the ferry from Naples. We were thrilled to find the hotel at the edge of the water. The staff were fantastic. They anticipated there would be cancellations for our return to Naples and offered to arrange alternative transportation. The food, rooms and service exceeded expectations.
