Signature wine tastings at the Covo wine cellar
Our sommeliers will guide you on a journey through the Amalfi Coast's iconic vineyards and the finest Italian and international wines. Held in the charming setting of the winery or on the terrace overlooking Positano, these tastings offer an opportunity to explore wine culture and discover unique pairings with local specialities.
Within the Savino Restaurant, an arched glass window offers a glimpse into the hotel’s wine cellar. The Covo dei Saraceni wine cellar boasts a carefully curated selection of Italian and international wines, with a particular focus on fine wines from Campania and the rest of Italy.
This experience is available every afternoon, subject to booking. Includes a tasting of regional wines from Campania or other parts of Italy, accompanied by typical artisanal products, cheeses and breadsticks, as well as a tour of the winery.
