A culinary workshop with the Covo chefs
The kitchen at Covo dei Saraceni in Positano throws open its doors for exclusive cooking classes led by Chef Guido Milo’s team. In small groups, or as a private lesson on request, you’ll learn the techniques of making fresh handmade pasta and the secrets behind the region’s traditional recipes. The experience is rounded off with the convivial delight of lunch, where you can sample the dishes we have prepared, paired with wines from our cellar.
PROGRAMME
- Cooking class in the open kitchen at Savino Restaurant
- Preparation of fresh pasta and traditional Campanian dishes
- Choice of 3 themed menus
- Lunch is included, with dishes created by you and accompanying wines
At the end of the experience, you will receive an apron, a certificate of participation and a free souvenir. Guided tours of the hotel kitchens are available on request. The experience takes place every morning at 10.30 a.m., subject to booking.
